 Available with us is a gamut of turbo separators that is manufactured from premium quality mild steel with an option of internal ling of stainless steel. Stainless steel is used to make the rotor and screen (2-4 mm perforation). The turbo separators are an effective way of separating the heavy and light impurities and causes less of fiber loss.
The rotor forms a forced vortex into the turbo and the heavy contraries are pushed outward into the junk trap by the centrifugal force, whereas the light contraries get accumulated in the centre that passes through the light reject nozzle. The screen fitted at the back of the rotor is used to pass the accepted stock.
