The Propeller type Agitators are suitable for mixing large quantity of liquid against moderate frictional resistance, and provides the means of obtaining any desired degree of blending with low power consumption.
Features:
- The chest can be of simple design i.e. square/cylindrical which means a substantial saving in the construction cost.
- Propellers are of SS and are hydraulically tested and balanced to ensure longer life of shaft and bearing.
- Body is one piece casting to form bearing bracket & stuffing box.
- CI Grouting ring holds the agitator unit in position. A cylindrical inlet ring is optional for Hollanders type chest.
- Shaft is liberally proportioned to transmit the maximum power without vibration and is provide with wearing sleeve.
- Drive is through flat pulley & Extremities Belt.
